Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for patient consultations, procedures and visits with medical personnel
Coordinate and confirm appointment times with patients and resolve any conflicts as they occur
Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records
Liaise and coordinate with healthcare professionals about schedules, patients, and any changes
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries regarding appointments
Utilize phone systems to manage incoming and outgoing calls
