They are seeking a highly analytical and customer-oriented Analytics Account Manager to join their Customer Success team, responsible for managing client relationships and driving new business in the financial services sector.ResponsibilitiesWork hand-in-hand with our customers as the focal point for all their analytics needsStrategically drive new business in select accounts in close synergy with the Solution teams and core account teamsEnsure customers are satisfied and confident in leveraging the solutions from ProclinkDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, relevant stakeholders from the business, analytics teams and executive sponsorBe responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basisBe responsible for working with the internal Proclink offshore teams to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationshipProvide timely and realistic assessment of the client side organizational changes, opinions & thoughts of influencers and decision-makers and any other relevant information to Proclink managementParticipate in business and analytics related discussions involving topics such as but not limited to credit risk, credit policy, marketing, cross-sell, up-sell, retention, predictive modeling, AI/ML/GenAI/Agentic AI, Payment systems, macroeconomic scenarios, delinquencies, collections etcUse knowledge of financial services (specifically banking & fintech), technology, processes, and consultative skills to educate clients on the value of our solutions and teamsBuild in-depth knowledge of clients' business priorities, challenges and initiatives that can be translated into opportunitiesCollaborate with Product Owners, engineers, analytics teams on different permutations to find the best solution possibleBe there in person every week to interact with the key business, technical and analytics stakeholders to participate in discussions, understand the needs, issues and to cultivate the relationshipsSkillsProven Technical lead/Architect or other relevant experience8+ years' experience structuring analytics solutions and presenting to senior executives out of which, at least 5 years of experience in managing client relationships, demonstrated capability of growing the client accountsWorked with offshore teams to manage and grow the client accountsMinimum Bachelor / Masters from accredited college or UniversityDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levelExperience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needsProven ability to manage multiple accounts and to effectively coordinate with the offshore teamsExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsDeep understanding of the analytics, payments, financial services space in North American GeographySelf-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environmentNatural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturityAbility to prioritize among competing tasksCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong collaboration skillsLeveraging Social Media to network with industry peers, share thought leadership content, and enhance brand visibility to support Proclink sales team and relationship buildingCompany OverviewProclink provides world-class consulting & implementation services in the area of Oil & Gas, Mining and Manufacturing Industry.
