[Remote] Analyst, Revenue Forecasting

The Revenue Forecasting team is seeking a proactive Analyst to develop data-backed solutions for enhancing revenue planning capabilities, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to improve forecasting processes and financial planning.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Partner with Strategic Finance leaders and Data Scientists to improve forecast accuracy, enhance existing revenue models, and support the development of new financial forecasting frameworks
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Policy, Treasury, and Payments, to assess and quantify key risks and opportunities across the business
ā¢ Develop and maintain reporting that defines, tracks, and monitors performance of forecasted metrics at a country-level granularity
ā¢ Create presentations in Google Slides to communicate key trends and forecast performance, demonstrating strong judgment in identifying what matters and a willingness to dig into root causes
ā¢ Support monthly and quarterly financial review cycles, ensuring high-quality analysis and timely deliverables
ā¢ Deliver actionable insights through reporting and analytics, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance processes for greater accuracy, efficiency, speed, and accessibility
Skills
ā¢ 2+ years of experience in strategic finance, product analytics, business intelligence, management consulting, or investment banking
ā¢ B.A. or B.S. from an accredited four-year college or university
ā¢ Strong financial modeling skills and ability to perform complex analyses to uncover business drivers and generate insights
ā¢ Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write, optimize, and interpret complex queries
ā¢ Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization and make actionable recommendations
ā¢ Strong presentation and collaboration tools experience, including G Suite and Keynote
ā¢ Highly organized, independent, and self-motivated; commitment to delivering consistently accurate and high-quality work products
ā¢ Mission-driven, enthusiastic to learn and grow within the SFA organization; team-oriented with a positive attitude
ā¢ Experience with Tableau and proficiency in Python or R is a significant plus
