This role involves managing People technology cases, troubleshooting Workday configurations, and supporting enhancements to the Workday Human Capital Management system.ResponsibilitiesManage and own a high volume of People technology support cases, ensuring timely intake, prioritization, investigation, follow-up, and resolutionProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting and issue resolution support for end users across Workday Core HR, Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, Time and Absence, and Talent and Performance ManagementIdentify case trends, recurring issues, and process gaps, and recommend system or process improvements based on findingsRun point on configuration and system optimization related to Core HR business processesCreate Workday reports and dashboards and demonstrate familiarity with calculated fieldsParticipate in discovery, configuration, testing, and hyper-care support for Workday enhancements with various stakeholdersFollow system change management methodologies to ensure audit complianceUtilize Workday system tools including EIBs and mass operations to expedite administrative functionsPartner with the People Operations transactions team to strengthen their Workday self-service capabilitiesContribute to process and procedure documentation and creating support training materialsSkills3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM, ideally across Core HR, Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, Time and Absence, and Talent and Performance ManagementBachelor's degreeStrong experience in case management, with the ability to manage volume, prioritize effectively, and provide excellent follow-throughProven ability to handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support queries with strong judgment, responsiveness, and attention to detailStrong customer service mindset with clear, adaptable communication skillsExcellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to pivot quickly and manage competing deadlinesComfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholdersSolid understanding of HR processes and business needsCreative and analytical approach to system issues, enhancement opportunities, and process improvementDemonstrated initiative in identifying opportunities to improve module performance, user experience, and operational efficiencyEagerness to learn, take ownership, and contribute to both day-to-day support and longer-term project deliveryBenefitsShort- and long-term incentivesGrowth and developmental opportunitiesRobust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time offAdditional offeringsCompany OverviewTKO Group Holdings, Inc.
