The role involves developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures in alignment with ITIL best practices, while collaborating with various stakeholders to improve processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreementsEvaluate effectiveness of IT controls to ensure they adequately mitigate risks and comply with requirements. This includes controls related to access management, change management, incident response and service managementContinuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance processes and controls to provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and complianceIdentify and recommend process improvements to promptly resolve reoccurring problems with technical and business leadsReport barriers to resolution of Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Management, Change Management by identifying and addressing underlying problems with technical and business leadsParticipate in incident response activities by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and holding corrective actions reviews to prevent future occurrencesParticipating in the change management process by assessing the impact of proposed changes on IT governance policies, procedures and controls ensuring that changes are implemented in a controlled mannerDevelop, maintain, lead and communicate Major Incident Management processes, and deliveryOther duties as assignedSkillsAssociate's degree in the field of computer science or equivalent work experience required1-3 years technical experience in the field of information technology or computer scienceProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProven techniques in Business Process MappingExperience working with business subject matter experts eliciting process details and work instructionsDemonstrable experience in requirements gathering and documentationAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentKnowledge of ITIL frameworkKnowledge of Agile frameworkParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employeesCertification/Licenses: ITIL Certification preferredExperience leading a team of analysts managing an Enterprise Service SuiteBenefitsTop of the industry benefits for
