The Analyst will work with cross-functional teams, analyze data for process improvements, and lead complex analytical projects.ResponsibilitiesSupports and assists Enterprise Service Assurance and Service Delivery teams in the identification, prioritization, planning development, coordination, support, and execution of high impact (immediate and long-term) improvement plans for effective and sustainable cost savingsPartners effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomesResearches and analyzes diversified data to draw valid conclusions. Pressure-tests assumptions and applies creative, out-of-the-box thinkingAnalyzes data using web tools and other Company software and prepares recommendations and reports to drive high-impact process improvement effortsThinks in end-to-end service ecosystems and understands dependenciesPerforms complex modeling to support forecasting, performance, and optimization. Designs solutions that are adaptable and can tell a storyLeads regular senior-level reviews of workforce models, assumptions and performance drivers. Confidently presents results of analysis and recommendationsDemonstrates mastery of workforce planning analysis. Independently leads highly complex, in-depth analytical projects with minimal supervisionActs as a subject matter expert for other team members, helping to foster growth and understanding within the teamOwns the execution of specialized tasks, including but not limited to producing the weekly service level outlook and partner workforce management overviewsConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significanceRegular, consistent and punctual attendance.
