Job Responsibilities:Create AWS Connect Connect FlowsConfigure Queues, Routing Profiles, User Management, Security Profiles, Quick Connect, and Claiming NumbersIntegration with third-party CRM systems such as SalesforceConnect flow integration with Lambda, Lex, S3, and databasesJob Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developerKnowledge of IVR and WorkflowFamiliarity with APIExperience with AWS and CTIExpertise in data engineeringKnowledge of Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and Lambda Familiarity with S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, and CloudWatchProficiency in English
