Maintain and update digital records in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Input data accurately into databases and spreadsheets, utilizing strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Organize and classify documents for optimal access and retrieval, supporting the digital transition of physical records when applicable.
Assist in generating reports and summaries from records as required, responding promptly to information requests from team members and management.
Conduct routine audits of records to verify accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards for record-keeping.
Collaborate with various departments to improve record-keeping practices, upholding confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in data entry, record keeping, or a related discipline, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management.
Exceptional attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Capability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote environment, with familiarity with record management software or systems being advantageous.
Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or records management is beneficial.
