[Remote] Airtable Solutions Engineer

They are seeking an Airtable Solutions Engineer who will design and implement Airtable solutions, manage projects, and optimize data relationships to improve client operations. Responsibilities Design & Implement Airtable Solutions – Configure Airtable bases, build automations, and create workflows that improve client operations Manage Projects & Timelines – Work through discovery, requirements gathering, and execution, ensuring projects stay on track Optimize Data Relationships – Understand how data connects and create structured, logical solutions Engage with Clients & Teams – Translate client needs into actionable solutions and communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams Stay Curious & Grow – Learn new low-code/no-code tools as needed, continuously improving your technical and problem-solving skills Skills Experience with Airtable implementation (not necessarily as a consultant, internal roles count too) Airtable Builder Certification required Project & process management knowledge (formal certification not required) Strong data mindset - experience structuring and organizing information in a logical way Technical aptitude - ability to configure Airtable, automate workflows, and adapt to new tools Excellent communication skills - proactive, clear, and adaptable Ability to balance self-management with alignment to business processes and guidance Airtable: 1 year (Required) Project management: 1 year (Required) Familiarity with Google Suite, Adalo, Miro, Notion, Canva, Fillout (a plus, but not required) Benefits Flexible work schedule 14 paid holidays, including your birthday Employer-covered Healthcare, Vision, Dental 401(k) + 4% match Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development Company Overview We provide right sized Airtable consulting and training for your team to save your business time and money through operational efficiency, workflow design, and automation.
