[Remote] AI/ML Implementation Engineer

This role involves implementing machine learning and Generative AI capabilities, maintaining existing models, and integrating AI systems into enterprise environments while partnering with business teams to deploy predictive models.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and optimize existing ML and predictive modelsImprove model retraining, validation, and monitoringStrengthen modeling pipelines to ensure reliability and repeatabilityHelp design and implement real-world GenAI applications, including: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt orchestration and evaluation, Monitoring and tuning LLM outputsBuild and maintain data and AI pipelinesIntegrate models with enterprise systems and APIsSupport CI/CD processes and model versioningImplement monitoring and controls to ensure: Model performance and drift are tracked, Systems remain reliable and cost efficient, AI solutions meet audit and governance requirementsPartner with teams such as Actuarial and UnderwritingHelp operationalize models built by business expertsEnsure models follow proper MLOps and governance standardsSkills7+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or software developmentStrong programming skills in PythonExperience working with modern ML frameworksExperience deploying models into production environmentsExperience building data pipelines and API-based integrationsAbility to work in environments where requirements evolve quicklyExperience with LLMs or Generative AI platformsExposure to RAG architectures or agent-based systemsExperience integrating vendor-delivered AI platformsBackground working in regulated industriesCompany OverviewTier4 Group is a women-owned and diversity-certified technology Talent, Professional Services, Advisory, and Information Security firm with a national reach.
