[Remote] AI Trainer / Director of Artificial Intelligence / Data Annotator / Machine Learning Data Specialist / AI Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Diverse Lynx is seeking experienced Finance Subject Matter Experts to join their AI training and model development team as independent contractors. The role involves reviewing and assessing AI-generated financial content, evaluating AI capabilities, and guiding the selection of high-quality financial data for model training. Responsibilities • Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to define common research-based workflows (e.g., M&A deal analysis, company valuation, portfolio construction) • Develop test cases and evaluations to assess workflow completion, defining inputs, outputs, and success criteria • Evaluate AI capabilities in data extraction, financial statement analysis, market trend identification, and risk assessment • Guide selection and structuring of high-quality financial data for model training and fine-tuning • Provide actionable feedback to improve AI performance and relevance Skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • 12+ years of experience in one of the following: Investment Banking: M&A, capital markets, corporate finance; Private Equity: Deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management; Asset Management: Portfolio management, investment strategy, quantitative analysis; Equity Research: Company analysis, financial modeling, research reporting • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to break down complex financial processes • Excellent communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences • Attention to detail for accurate and robust evaluation criteria • Technical acumen or experience with AI/ML teams is a plus Company Overview • Diverse Lynx is a WBENC- and NMSDC-certified partner, helping organizations turn diversity goals into measurable impact through staffing and contingent workforce solutions.
