Problem Solutions is seeking an AI Technical Sales Lead to help drive growth as we expand our AI consulting services and technology product portfolio. This role involves working directly with company leadership to identify opportunities, engage clients, and support sales efforts while combining consultative sales skills with technical curiosity.ResponsibilitiesGenerate pipeline through targeted outbound outreach, partnerships, and referralsConduct discovery sessions to identify client needs, priorities, and opportunitiesDeliver product demonstrations (e.g., VectorSpark) and solution presentationsQualify opportunities and drive deals through the full sales lifecycleMaintain consistent sales activity aligned to pipeline and revenue targetsManage and advance opportunities with clear next steps and follow-throughTranslate client needs into appropriate solutions (product, service, or hybrid)Develop and deliver proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs)Position solutions in terms of business outcomes and valueEngage internal SMEs selectively to validate feasibility and strengthen proposalsMaintain accurate CRM records (Pipedrive) for all opportunities and activitiesTrack pipeline progression, deal stages, and conversion metricsProvide regular reporting on activity, pipeline health, and forecastsEnsure disciplined follow-up and timely progression of dealsPartner with product, delivery, and leadership teams to align solutionsEnsure smooth transition from sales to deliveryProvide feedback on client needs, market trends, and offering effectivenessSkillsBachelor's degree (Business, Technology, or related field); Master's preferred8–10 years of experience in consultative sales, solutioning, or business developmentDemonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close dealsExperience selling technology, AI, or professional services solutionsStrong understanding of the sales lifecycle (prospecting through closing)Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skillsAbility to travel up to 25% as neededAuthorized to work in the United StatesAbility to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futureExperience working in or with enterprise or complex client environmentsBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Training & DevelopmentWork From HomeGenerous commission planCompany OverviewWe design and deploy innovative technologies to help you survive and thrive.
