[Remote] AI Solutions Program Manager

Aurora Health Care is seeking an AI Solutions Program Manager to lead the technology and AI strategy for ERP and WFM in collaboration with customers and the Enterprise AI team. The role involves overseeing AI-driven initiatives, facilitating collaboration among various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.ResponsibilitiesLead the technology and AI strategy for ERP and WFM in partnership with our customers and the Enterprise AI team and governanceOversee the identification, rationalization, value proposition, testing, and implementation of AI-driven initiatives that support organizational prioritiesEvaluate and facilitate adoption of AI technologies within our core platforms as well as outside (e.g. Workday AI vs. AWS partnerships, etc.)Facilitate collaboration between analysts, solution architects, operational leaders, and vendor partnersCoordinates with and maintains continuous oversight of all administrative activities in support of programEnsures that operations and employees are in compliance with regulatory and/or accreditation agency standards, policiesDevelops dashboards, action plans and other tools in order to continuously monitor key performance indicators, including but not limited to: referrals, volume, cost of care, access, quality and safety, appropriateness of care/service, fundraising, research participationParticipates with the team to assess, plan, and implement changes as required to achieve goalsLead, manage and track improvement initiatives and program-related projectsServe as primary point of contact for the program for internal and external stakeholdersDevelop and maintain highly effective professional relationships with referring providers, program leader colleagues from other systemsOrganizes and coordinates all assigned functions to provide for a smooth cost-efficient operationSkillsBachelor's degree required in related fieldExperience with Microsoft Office suite of tools is requiredProven track record of achieving goals timely and collaborativelyExcellent written and verbal communicationMaster's degree preferredConsulting and/or project management experience preferred5 years of related experience preferredCompany OverviewAt Aurora Health Care, helping people live well is what drives us – it’s our purpose and what we do every day.
