They are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design, consult with clients, and build AI-powered solutions, focusing on client-reported matters and improving AI workflows and integrations in production.ResponsibilitiesDesign & build Digital Employees on the Relevance AI platform (training provided)Create end-to-end automations in n8n / Upgrade / Airtable that connect phones, CRMs, billing, email and moreIntegrate AI capabilities via OpenAI and related APIs to handle sales enquiries, support tickets and data processingDevelop third-party integrations (REST APIs, webhooks) across CRMs, accounting tools and other business systemsMaintain & optimise existing automations; troubleshoot issues, improve reliability and document processesCollaborate with AI Implementation Specialists and Client Success Managers, meeting 8-week delivery timelinesServe in a client-facing consultation role, working directly with clients to understand issues, provide updates, and help resolve matters across AI workflows and automation systemsTroubleshoot workflow failures, API issues, and integration problems, investigate root causes, and implement effective fixes across platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, and similar toolsSkillsStrong technical capability in JavaScript and PythonHands-on production experience with n8n, Upgrade, Zapier, or similar workflow automation platformsDeep understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and automation architecture across connected systemsProven ability to design and deliver scalable business workflow automations in real-world environmentsCompany OverviewPermhunt is a recruitment agency specializing in headhunting Philippines tech talent for startups and enterprises.
