The role involves creating product catalogs, developing shopping scenarios, evaluating AI outputs, and collaborating with teams to enhance AI training datasets.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design and build realistic digital store environments with structured product assortments
ā¢ Create and maintain comprehensive product catalogs with high data quality and consistency
ā¢ Develop diverse shopping scenarios and user prompts reflecting real-world consumer behavior
ā¢ Evaluate AI-generated outputs using structured rubrics for accuracy and relevance
ā¢ Analyze model performance, identify gaps, and refine datasets for improvement
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate domain expertise into AI training data
ā¢ Document workflows, insights, and best practices for simulation-driven model training
Skills
ā¢ Strong experience in e-commerce operations, merchandising, or catalog management
ā¢ Expertise in product catalog structuring, data normalization, and content creation
ā¢ Familiarity with AI or LLM prompting, evaluation, or training workflows
ā¢ Strong analytical thinking with a detail-oriented QA mindset
ā¢ Deep understanding of consumer behavior and online shopping journeys
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently and deliver scalable, high-quality datasets
