They are seeking a hands-on AI Growth Marketing Lead to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue-generating pipeline for their developer-first and enterprise audiences through effective demand generation strategies.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies and campaigns (paid media, content syndication, email nurturing, webinars, and ABM) that consistently deliver qualified leads and pipelineOwn performance marketing channels, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and content promotion — continuously testing, optimizing, and scaling for ROI and pipeline velocityLead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in close partnership with Sales to accelerate high-value opportunitiesDrive organic growth by delivering strong SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) results. Optimize website content, technical structure, and assets to improve visibility in traditional search engines as well as AI-powered answer engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, etc.), ensuring Diagrid ranks for high-intent developer and infrastructure queriesReporting & Analytics: Build, maintain, and present comprehensive reporting dashboards covering campaign performance, pipeline attribution, MQL-to-SQL conversion, event ROI, social engagement, SEO/AEO performance, and overall marketing contribution to revenue. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to marketing, sales, and executive leadership on a regular cadenceWork hand-in-hand with the Product Marketing team to align campaigns with product positioning, develop technically accurate and compelling messaging, co-create content and assets, and ensure all demand programs resonate deeply with platform engineers, AI/ML teams, and enterprise infrastructure buyersAct as a data-driven builder: experiment relentlessly, measure everything, and iterate quickly to scale what works in a resource-efficient startup environmentProactively create and lead AI strategies for all dimensions of Marketing using AI-tools (Claude, Grok, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate top-of-funnel growth and optimize for conversionSkills5 - 10+ years of demand generation or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, workflows, or AI infrastructureProven track record of building and scaling demand programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact (not just vanity metrics)Hands-on expertise with performance marketing (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads a must), ABM, event marketing, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and BI toolsExcellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skillsBuilder mentality — comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in a fast-paced, remote startupExperience working in a dynamic international environment with employees and customers spread throughout the globeGenuine passion for developer marketing and open-source-adjacent ecosystems is a big plusBenefitsCompetitive compensationCompany equityRemote first & flexible work environmentFlexible paid time offComprehensive healthcare for you and your dependentsChoice of hardware$1000 for home office setupMonthly WFH stipendTeam events & gatheringsChance to collaborate with industry-leading figuresCompany OverviewDiagrid boosts developer productivity by providing tools and APIs for building and operating cloud-native applications.
