In this role, you will design and optimize machine learning models, implement end-to-end ML pipelines, and collaborate with various teams to solve complex business problems using AI.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and optimize robust machine learning models for production environmentsImplement and automate end-to-end ML pipelines using CI/CD best practicesLeverage AWS services for scalable AI infrastructure and model deploymentOrchestrate containerized workloads using Kubernetes to ensure high availability and seamless scalabilityCollaborate with data scientists, engineers, and researchers to translate complex business problems into actionable ML solutionsEvaluate, preprocess, and frame real-world data problems for effective machine learning applicationsDocument and communicate findings, solution approaches, and technical decisions with clarity and precisionSkillsProven expertise in machine learning algorithms, model development, and deploymentStrong programming skills, ideally in Python or Java, with experience in large-scale software engineering projectsIn-depth experience with CI/CD workflows and automation toolsHands-on expertise with AWS cloud services for ML applications and data pipelinesAdvanced knowledge of Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized ML workloadsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear technical documentation and team collaborationDemonstrated ability to scope, structure, and solve complex, real-world data challengesFamiliarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorchExperience working in high-growth or startup environmentsStrong publication record or contributions to open-source AI projectsCompany Overviewyohrs is an 'embedded, on-demand' recruitment & HR consultancy.
