They are seeking an AI Engineer to help deliver production AI systems for their enterprise clients, building and deploying AI-driven applications while collaborating closely with senior architects.ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions using pro-code tools, Azure AI Foundry, and related servicesSupport configuration and testing of intelligent agents across cloud (Azure) environmentsCollaborate on building and optimizing AI systems and integrations under senior guidanceHelp implement data ingestion, transformation, and validation workflows to support optimizing data for AI workloadsParticipate in AI driven data discovery and explorationLearn and apply best practices for security, compliance, and responsible AI solution developmentCreate documentation of technical processes and solution designsEngage in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions to grow technical expertiseSkillsBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystemExposure to generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineeringStrong familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud servicesExperience in developing and integrating web servicesProficiency in .NET and Python for AI solution developmentAbility to integrate AI models into enterprise applications using REST APIs and SDKsFamiliarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols; implementation experience will be highly valuedExperience with AI orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar tools for agent orchestrationExperience with Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure AI Search, Speech, Vision, and Foundry)Microsoft certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate are highly preferredClear and effective verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical audiencesConfident presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to senior clientsAbility to engage with cross-functional teams in collaborative environmentsAbility to foster a problem-solving culture and contribute meaningfully to team objectivesHealthy sense of responsibility, accountability, and trust-building with client stakeholdersAbility to communicate expectations around deliverables relative to time and scopeGrowth mindset and willingness to continuously improve skills and adopt new technologiesComfort in fast-paced consulting environments and ability to learn new tools and conceptsResults-oriented approach with a reputation for getting things doneQuality organizational skillsBenefitsCompetitive health, dental, and vision insuranceWe cover 100% of employee medical premiumsGenerous and flexible paid time off (PTO)Retirement plan optionsOngoing training opportunitiesFlexible work arrangementsRobust wellness programsCompany OverviewWe’re Cyclotron.
