Mid Market Sales Manager - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Mid Market Sales - REMOTE. In this role, you’ll lead a Mid Market Sales team responsible for selling our partner's AI Orchestration platform to customers globally. The team focuses on customers with 1-999 employees and is tasked with acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. A successful candidate will demonstrate both sales and leadership skills, driving results and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Accountabilities
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
• Hire and onboard exceptional talent with strong product knowledge.
• Provide coaching for full-funnel mastery in sales techniques.
• Oversee execution of strategic adoption plans with other departments.
• Drive operational excellence through rigorous pipeline management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance market strategies.
• Act as a customer champion maintaining key account relationships.
• Refine and scale sales playbooks for improved effectiveness.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales within a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing teams of quota-carrying salespeople.
• Strong understanding of horizontal SaaS products and AI solutions.
• Technical fluency to converse with both IT and business stakeholders.
• Experience in building and scaling sales motions.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on experimentation and improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster collaboration.
