[Remote] AI / DevOps Engineer ( Test Automation & Telemetry )
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Flowmentum, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI / DevOps Engineer to work on advanced automated testing and telemetry systems supporting large-scale AI-driven workflows. The role involves building and maintaining automated telemetry systems, developing AI-assisted tooling, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance testing infrastructure.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Build and maintain automated telemetry and event-generation systems
ā¢ Develop and improve AI-assisted tooling for event creation and monitoring
ā¢ Debug automated test runs and investigate anomalies in telemetry data
ā¢ Build alerts and monitoring for automated test systems
ā¢ Analyze workflow sequences and event chains to validate system behavior
ā¢ Work with internal engineering teams to improve test coverage and reliability
ā¢ Investigate dips or anomalies in telemetry dashboards and propose fixes
ā¢ Contribute to the evolution of agent-driven testing infrastructure
ā¢ Maintain consistent engineering visibility through written updates, documentation, and collaboration with partner teams
ā¢ You will work on AI-assisted testing infrastructure and telemetry pipelines that generate and analyze large volumes of application events
Skills
ā¢ Strong software engineering experience (5+ years)
ā¢ Python or similar scripting language
ā¢ Linux development environments
ā¢ Debugging distributed or automated systems
ā¢ Experience working with telemetry, logging, or monitoring systems
ā¢ Familiarity with CI/CD or build systems
ā¢ Strong written communication and documentation skills
ā¢ Experience with AI tooling or LLM-based workflows
ā¢ Experience building automation frameworks
ā¢ Experience with test infrastructure or QA automation
ā¢ Experience with mobile application testing (Android / iOS)
ā¢ Experience analyzing telemetry or event pipelines
ā¢ Experience working in large enterprise engineering environments
