As an AI Data Engineer 2, you will be an integral part of the Data Engineering Department supporting the Data Analytics and Business Intelligence teams. Job Title: AI Data Engineer Location: Redmond, WA - Remote Pay Range: $54.01 - $59.43 on Experis W2 (Benefits/401k/PTO) Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each: • 2-4 years ADO Development • 2-4 years PowerBI Development (DAX experience required) • 1-4 year AI Agent development What's the Job? • Design, develop, and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO)- and Power BI-based reporting solutions that provide comprehensive visibility into data initiatives. • Support data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models to ensure data reliability, scalability, and accessibility for reporting purposes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting standards, delivery metrics, and portfolio views aligned with organizational goals. • Transform complex operational data into clear, actionable dashboards that inform decision-making and governance processes. • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance by partnering with engineering and tooling teams to adhere to enterprise standards. What's Needed? • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field. • 2-4 years of experience in ADO and Power BI development. • Experience with database technologies and knowledge of the ETL process. • Proficiency in scripting languages, with DAX being preferred. • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a demonstrated success in data-driven projects.
