[Remote] Agile Project Manager Contractor

Deloitte is a leading professional services firm, and they are seeking an Agile Delivery Contractor to support their project team in delivering agile initiatives. This role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, tracking project progress, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders while working in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery of agile projects in alignment with project goals, timelines, and business prioritiesFacilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesTrack sprint progress, delivery milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreamsCommunicate project status, updates, blockers, and action items to stakeholders in a timely mannerPromote adherence to Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles and team best practicesCoordinate team activities to support work completion within timeboxed sprintsMaintain visibility into backlog progress, sprint commitments, and delivery outcomesSupport collaboration across business, product, and IT teams in a multi-team environmentApply independent judgment to determine appropriate actions within established guidelines and proceduresContribute to a team environment focused on continuous improvement of consumer experiencesSkillsBachelor's degreeUp to 5 years of experience with the SDLCStrong communication, collaboration, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsHigh emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholdersExperience working in an Agile Scrum environment or strong familiarity with Agile methodologiesExperience supporting work across multiple teamsAbility to work independently in ambiguous situations while following established guidelines and proceduresKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologiesWorking knowledge of agile project management toolsExperience working with IT teamsExperience planning and coordinating project activitiesStrong technical documentation skillsPrior insurance operations experiencePrior experience in the health solutions industryScrum certification preferredCompany OverviewDeloitte drives progress.
