Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. Active license to sell P&C insurance. High school diploma or GED. Passion for helping others and a patient and empathetic nature. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Fluent in English or bilingual (Spanish/English).
