As an Agency Sales Manager II, you will manage and grow agency relationships, driving new business growth and improving agent performance through strategic partnerships and collaboration with internal teams.ResponsibilitiesOversee a defined territory of agency partners, maintaining strong relationships and driving growth through consultative engagementDevelop and execute business plans to increase new business written premium, agent production, and retentionDrive sales through agency engagement, awareness campaigns, targeted events, and prospecting opportunitiesLeverage relationships with agency leaders, State Farm partners, national brokers, and industry influencers to expand market reachAttend industry conferences, car shows, and insurance organization events; deliver presentations to agents and partnersPartner with regional field leaders, product managers, marketing, and national partner teams to achieve sales objectivesProvide agents with resources, tools, and training on Hagerty products, underwriting guidelines, and systems (Salesforce, DriveTrain, etc.)Collect and analyze data to monitor sales activity and territory performance, adjusting strategies as neededProduce detailed reports on territory results, competitive activity, and market trends for leadershipPromote Hagerty’s mission to Save Driving and Enjoy The Ride by building awareness through local campaigns and networkingOwns new business growth in a defined agency list that includes larger accounts such as High-Net-Worth agents, national brokers and multi-state officesExecutive level responsibility with National BrokersAdvance understanding of insurance operations and competitor analysisEngage with producers, customer support staff, agency owners and operations managersWorks with Top State Farm, High Net Worth clients, and National BrokersSkillsProven track record in sales, business development, or territory managementStrong relationship-building and consultative selling skillsStrategic thinker with analytical abilities to interpret performance dataExcellent communication and presentation skillsTech-savvy; proficient in Salesforce, DriveTrain, and MS Office toolsFlexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license with good driving record; willingness to travel regularlyInsurance license required.
