[Remote] Affiliate Marketing Specialist

The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will execute and optimize affiliate marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and revenue growth, managing partner performance and relationships to support scalable acquisition.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day performance of assigned partners and campaigns. Ensure volume, CPL, and overall cost of marketing are tracking to planAct as the primary point of contact for assigned affiliates. Run recurring check-ins, maintain consistent communication, and keep partners aligned on expectations and performanceStay close to the data, identify trends, flag issues early, and highlight opportunities to improve performance across partners and marketsHelp identify and onboard new affiliate partners. Support ramp and early performance to ensure new partnerships are set up for successSupport forecasting, pacing, and budget tracking to make sure spend is aligned with targets and distributed effectivelyEnsure partners are following content, compliance, and brand guidelines.
