[Remote] Affiliate & Influencer Marketing

They are seeking an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale affiliate and creator programs, while optimizing performance and nurturing relationships with partners. Responsibilities • Build, manage, and scale affiliate and creator programs • Define strategy and grow these channels into meaningful drivers of customer acquisition and brand advocacy • Design and execute global affiliate and creator campaigns • Optimize performance and nurture relationships with creators and influencers across markets Skills • Have experience in affiliate, influencer, or performance marketing • Are passionate about creators and understand how to build authentic, mutually beneficial partnerships • Are an exceptional communicator & copywriter • Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic • Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset • Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations • Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside • Can balance strategy and execution, comfortable building a program from the ground up while rolling up your sleeves to get things done • Are comfortable leveraging AI automations to optimize workflows, freeing up time for high-impact strategic and creative work Benefits • Annual discretionary stipend • Annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year • Annual company offsite • Monthly co-working stipend Company Overview • ElevenLabs is an AI company that offers tools for speech synthesis, voice cloning, dubbing, and audio generation.
