We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Remote Aetna Behavioral Health Lead in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our Aetna Behavioral Health products, with a focus on improving care delivery and outcomes for individuals with chronic conditions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth and financial value.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine the Aetna Behavioral Health product and growth strategy to achieve business objectives
Serve as the organizational subject matter expert for Aetna Behavioral Health products and programs
Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze competitive products and identify opportunities for growth
Ensure alignment and coordination of all Aetna capabilities in support of the Aetna Behavioral Health strategy
Champion Aetna Behavioral Health needs with regulatory policy teams and support advocacy for enterprise policy
Track Aetna Behavioral Health growth and execution budget spend against plan and coordinate course correction as needed
Develop business cases for new Aetna Behavioral Health products and benefit plans
Partner with clinical leadership to develop product concepts that improve health outcomes for individuals with chronic conditions
Required Qualifications:
Several years of experience in Medicaid and/or Medicare operations or management
Proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in measurable positive outcomes
Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level, with the ability to build and maintain credible relationships at multiple levels of the organization
Experience with enterprise-wide or cross-functional large-scale initiatives with a high level of complexity
Demonstrated ability to implement change among cross-functional teams and coordinate program execution and results
