The AEM Product Manager will own the design and governance of the AEM Sites platform, ensuring it meets business and UX needs while collaborating with various teams to deliver scalable solutions.ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the AEM content architecture, including component libraries, content fragment models, taxonomy structures, and authoring standards to support effective content organization, discovery, and reuseOwn the AEM roadmap and backlog, ensuring enhancements align with business priorities and digital experience goalsPartner with business stakeholders in defining future-state workflows that optimize value across the Adobe stack of technologiesContribute to the evolution of internal platforms and processes by providing feedback on toolsets, AEM Sites UI, best practices, and workflow optimizationCollaborate with UX, design, and dev teams to ensure workable, scalable AEM solutionsProvide direction to business analysts and development teams during feature definition, backlog refinement, and solution design to ensure scalable and maintainable AEM implementationsEvaluate new AEM features, tools, and frameworks for adoptionEnsure content governance, reusability, localization, and scalability across propertiesSupport integration planning where AEM intersects with Assets, Target, analytics, and data toolsEnsure AEM supports modern digital delivery models, including headless architecture, Edge Delivery Services, and design system integrationSkills5–8+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with strong expertise in AEM content architecture and enterprise-scale implementationsHands-on Experience defining and managing product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and governance processesExperience collaborating with design, content, and development teams in an enterprise environmentStrong AEM and Adobe ecosystem fluency, including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Adobe Target, Analytics, or related MarTech toolsStrong understanding of content architecture, component libraries, content fragments, and authoring workflows within AEMStrong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, UX/design, and IT stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or related fieldMaster's degree or MBA with a focus on technology, digital experience, or product managementExperience with AEM integrations (Assets, Target, Analytics) and familiarity with the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystemBackground in agile product management and roadmap planning for digital platformsAdobe Certified Professional – Adobe Experience Manager Sites Business Practitioner, Product Owner certification (CSPO, SAFe POPM, etc.)BenefitsLumen offers a comprehensive package featuring a broad range of Health, Life, Voluntary Lifestyle benefits and other perks that enhance your physical, mental, emotional and financial wellbeing.We're able to answer any additional questions you may have about our bonus structure (short-term incentives, long-term incentives and/or sales compensation) as you move through the selection process.Company OverviewLumen delivers the most secure platform for applications and data to help businesses, government and communities deliver amazing experiences It was founded in 1968, and is headquartered in Monroe, Louisiana, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
