[Remote] Advanced Professional Services Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brightree is seeking an Advanced Professional Services Consultant to lead the successful delivery of their HME/DME solutions. This role involves managing software implementations, guiding customers through configuration and training, and acting as a trusted advisor to enhance the product experience.ResponsibilitiesManage the successful implementation of the HME/DME product to Brightree customers. This includes the management of all project related activities including Consulting, system configuration, training, training materials development and team/customer communicationsProvide remote implementation and training services related to Brightree HME/DME implementationsDrive working sessions with customers to understand and document business and technical requirements for HME/DME functionalityProvide status updates to management using standard reporting toolsFacilitate and conduct group trainingsCreate HME/DME documentation for internal and customer usage. This includes configuration guides and training materials.
