[Remote] Administrative Recruitment and Hiring Manager

They are seeking an Administrative Recruitment and Hiring Manager responsible for developing a pool of qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions to support the clinic's staffing needs.ResponsibilitiesComply with all laws and regulations relating to recruiting and hiringReview resumes and applications for clinical positions to determine eligibility for hiringDevelop and maintain a pool of qualified clinical candidates in a fast-paced environmentAscertain hiring needs and timelines for delivery from clinic managersCreate and implement short- and long-term partnership plans based on company growth and hiring manager needsResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingProvide job posting details and suggestions for ad placement to maximize resultsWork with HR, IT and Marketing to utilize social media, company website, as well as the applicant tracking system for recruitingWork closely with HR generalist to determine hiring needs, advertising, placement, time to fill and management of requisitionsManage job descriptions, ensuring the description is reflective of current duties and responsibilitiesNegotiate and determine salary and benefits for candidates in conjunction with the appropriate clinical directorConduct phone, zoom and in person interviews to narrow candidate pool as appropriateSchedule and manage in clinic shadow interviews; ascertain feedback from clinic team in real timeEfficiently and effectively fill open positionsResponsible for reporting and partnering with HR to update the status of open positionsTrack recruiting metrics in partnership with the VP of HRPresent recruiting metrics bi-weekly to the Ops Leadership TeamConduct regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementationBe able to work independently and as a member of a teamOther duties as assignedSkillsMinimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting, hiring and/or management experienceExperience with healthcare employee recruitment is requiredExcellent interview skillsExcellent customer service skillsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsDedicated to follow-through and resultsVery detail-orientedFlexibility as it relates to schedule, responsibilities, and prioritiesThe ability to interact with, support, and influence positively the behavior and activities of directors, supervisors and staffClinical knowledge/experience strongly preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision insuranceTuition reimbursementPTO + 8 paid holidays401k ProgramEligible for a
