[Remote] Administrative & Marketing Operations Coordinator

Mesilla Valley Transportation is looking for an Administrative & Marketing Operations Coordinator to support their administrative and marketing efforts. The role involves managing accounts receivable, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with employee onboarding, and supporting marketing initiatives such as trade shows and social media management.ResponsibilitiesTrack incoming payments and assist with accounts receivable follow-upManage subscriptions, renewals, and vendor accountsCoordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerariesProcess receipts and expense documentationRun business-related errands and provide general administrative supportAssist with employee onboarding and training coordinationSupport vehicle administration including registrations, maintenance scheduling, and documentationAssist with trade show preparation, logistics, and on-site supportPrepare, print, and organize sales brochures and marketing materialsCreate and schedule social media posts across company platformsSupport LinkedIn postings and company visibility initiativesAssist with direct marketing campaigns and outreach effortsHelp coordinate and organize promotional materials and presentationsProvide presentation support including formatting slides and preparing materialsAssist with social media video coordination, posting, and basic content managementSkillsPrevious administrative, marketing, or operations experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platformsExperience with Canva, PowerPoint, or marketing tools is a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong attention to detail and follow-throughProfessional demeanor and positive attitudeFamiliarity with LinkedIn business posting and social media managementBasic bookkeeping or invoicing experienceMarketing coordination or executive assistant backgroundCompany OverviewMVT Services is a locally-owned transportation providers in Western Texas and Southern New Mexico.
