Remote Administrative Assistant - Entry Level
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a part-time remote capacity. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate digital records. Job Overview:
Part-time position (15-20 hours per week) with potential to increase to 24-30 hours per week after November 2022
Remote work arrangement with regular communication with manager, project team members, and clients via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams
Responsibilities:
Manage digital reports, including creating project-specific files and assisting with coordinating and generating technical documents and presentations
Monitor and update program client handbooks
Evaluate environmental documentation and administer regulatory compliance requirements
Enter data into an online database and perform analysis of digital content against established regulatory requirements
Conduct ad hoc regulatory research and maintain a project email mailbox
Requirements:
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Skilled in Adobe Acrobat, with ability to navigate and edit documents
Ability to establish and maintain systems for digital filing of technical documents and records
Must-Have Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Understanding of environmental regulations
Experience with data entry and QAQC
Customer service experience
Education and Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of business experience in a progressively responsible role
