Position: Remote Assistant
Type: Part-Time, Independent Contractor
Location: Remote (Must reside in the USA)
Compensation: $20/HR
Responsibilities:
Financial Records & Contracts: Handle and organize financial documents and contracts with precision and confidentiality.
General Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and track expenses.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoicing, process payments, and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases.
Research: Conduct research as needed to support various projects and tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial record management, or similar roles.
Proficiency in using accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must reside in the USA and have a reliable internet connection.
