[Remote] Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant

The Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant will leverage their Workday Adaptive Planning experience to provide inventive solutions for customers, mentor team members, and refine deployment strategies.ResponsibilitiesBe an expert in the Workday Adaptive Planning solutionUnderstand customer business requirements, design and configure the Adaptive Planning solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Adaptive Planning solution, and complete knowledge transfer to customersWork with customers to help convert legacy data into Adaptive PlanningAssist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Adaptive Planning and other third-party or custom solutionsProvide project managers with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project statusCollaborate effectively and synergistically on team-based projectsEnsure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Adaptive Planning best practicesHelp ensure customers remain referenceable once in productionTake advantage of training opportunities to expand your skillsetStrive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Adaptive Planning efficiently and effectivelyHelp mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role modelMaintain Adaptive Planning certifications and qualificationsActively engage in sales pursuits and activity – present offerings and opportunitiesAs a senior member, assist in managing customer relationships and escalationsSkillsFunctional expertise in one or more of the following areas: Budget, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Financial ReportingEnd-to-end implementation consulting experience with Adaptive Planning or Workday FinancialsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectationsBachelor's Degree or commensurate work experienceAbility to travel up to 40%Consulting experience within Higher Education (college/university)Active Adaptive Planning or Workday Financials certificationsBenefitsMarket competitive compensation packages and annual merit program.A remote work environment.One-time home office reimbursement for new hires.Expense allowance per pay period (towards technology, office and/or wellness).Investment in your ongoing Workday training.Medical, dental, and vision benefits that begin on day one.HSA, FSA, STD, LTD, and life benefits.Unlimited vacation and unlimited sick days.
