[Remote] Accounts Payable/Receivables

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KellyMitchell Group is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivables to join their team in Louisville, Kentucky. The role involves monitoring foreign currency bank accounts, responding to inquiries regarding aging balances, and maintaining master store data for franchisees. Responsibilities • Monitor foreign currency bank accounts and perform cash application on a bi-weekly basis • Respond to ad hoc inquiries from the UK Shared Services Control team and franchisees regarding aging balances and cash application • Maintain master store data, including updates for new franchisees, new stores, closures, and ownership transfers • Ensure monthly actual sales are reported by franchisees and accurately uploaded to the franchisee sales reporting platform • Follow up with the UK Shared Services Control team or market teams on any missing or unreported sales Skills • Monitor foreign currency bank accounts and perform cash application on a bi-weekly basis • Respond to ad hoc inquiries from the UK Shared Services Control team and franchisees regarding aging balances and cash application • Ensure monthly actual sales are reported by franchisees and accurately uploaded to the franchisee sales reporting platform • Follow up with the UK Shared Services Control team or market teams on any missing or unreported sales • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP) • Experience working with international customers and handling foreign currency conversion • Background in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail environments • Preferred experience in cash application processes Education Requirements • Maintain master store data, including updates for new franchisees, new stores, closures, and ownership transfers • Strong computer skills, with experience using JDE or other Oracle ERP systems Benefits • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans • Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) • 401K offered Company Overview • KellyMitchell is a HR firm for IT and technical staffing for organizations globally.
