Essential Duties & Responsibilities.
US Accounting Exp is a MUST.
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Check spreadsheets for accuracy
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
Review and file payroll documents
Create and update expense reports
Prepare bank deposits
properly recognize revenue per GAAP principles
A/R and following with clients outstanding invoices
A/P
Department(s): Accounting
Experience : 3 to 6 Years
Work Experience Qualification
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and QuickBooks is REQUIRED
Organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Other Qualifications
Stay organized while effectively prioritizing multiple projects at once.
High attention to detail when completing client projects.
Strong time management skills to complete projects by deadlines.
Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their projects.
Administrative skills (basic Microsoft Office skills required).
Maintain excellent verbal, writing, and language skills
