[Remote] Account Specialist

Responsibilities Contact customers to negotiate repayment plans and prevent progression to late stage Assess customer circumstances and recommend appropriate solutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in compliance with regulatory and company requirements Escalate complex cases to Senior Account Specialists or Supervisors Skills 1–2 years of collections, customer service, or financial services experience An understanding of lines of credit and how billing cycles work Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to manage customer concerns, settle disputes, and resolve customer discrepancies Willingness and desire to learn from the best in the industry and apply learnings to support customers throughout the customer lifecycle Ability to work in a quiet, private place in your home without background noise Must be hardwired to your home modem using the provided ethernet cable Ability to meet the minimum work-from-home requirements (including hi-speed internet in your home with minimum 50 Mbps download & 5 Mbps upload speeds) Flexibility and willingness to work rotational shifts based on business needs and special circumstances Strong knowledge of PCs, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with tight deadlines Company Overview Attain Finance offers consumer credit lending and personal loan services through multiple brands in the U.S. and Canada.
