The Account Manager, SLED is responsible for consultative IT sales and managing customer relationships while driving business outcomes and fostering strategic relationships within large, complex SLED accounts.ResponsibilitiesYou’ll concentrate on consultative IT sales focused on providing customer driven outcomesYou’ll oversee sales and professional service solutions tailored to our core capabilities within large, complex SLED accounts specific region with a primary focus on Networking, Cybersecurity, Collaboration & Workspace Innovation, Data Center & Cloud, and AI & DataCollaborate with engineering and business development teams to expand account territoryManage all aspects of the customer relationship and an excellent knowledge of their customers’ missionsDeveloping and executing strategic growth plans to drive product and professional services businessMaintaining strong relationships with vendors and OEM counterparts, leveraging these relationships within SLED market for successDriving mission success and growth by fostering strategic relationships with new and existing clientsLeveraging business and community relationships to increase business revenue through information technology solutions salesSkills8+ years of experience in selling technology solutions aligned with Iron Bow's core capabilities: Networking, Cybersecurity, Collaboration & Workspace Innovation, Data Center & Cloud, and AI & DataExcellent and proven track record in understanding customer needs within SLED accountsAbility to operate with meticulous attention to detail, urgency, and a passion for driving transformational business outcomesExperience in consultative IT sales focused on providing customer driven outcomesAbility to oversee sales and professional service solutions tailored to core capabilities within large, complex SLED accountsStrong relationship management skills with an excellent knowledge of customer missionsExperience in developing and executing strategic growth plans to drive product and professional services businessAbility to maintain strong relationships with vendors and OEM counterpartsExperience in driving mission success and growth by fostering strategic relationships with new and existing clientsAbility to leverage business and community relationships to increase business revenue through information technology solutions salesAn out of the box thinker who enjoys problem solving with a consultative approachMasterful at prioritizing tasks to consistently deliver results within tight deadlinesAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, embracing challenges as opportunities for rapid learning and growthDemonstrated leadership qualities, fostering collaboration and enhancing team performanceCandidates based in Texas (Austin, Dallas-Ft.
