[Remote] Recruitment Coordinator

The role involves managing the coordination of candidates for the recruiting team, building relationships with hiring managers, and developing efficient recruiting processes. Responsibilities You are able to schedule and own the entire coordination experience for candidates for our EPD recruiting team (6-8 recruiters) You are excited about building efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that result in highly positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team You develop trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters You communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience You want to change the talent industry at large and figure out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment Skills You have ideally spent some time in a recruiting coordinator role and/or administrative role You are incredibly organized and are able to manage multiple priorities You are proactive in identifying problems and providing solutions - you're able to do this independently but aren't afraid to ask for help!
