[Remote] Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships

They are seeking a Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships to manage and grow relationships with their largest grocery retail partners, focusing on strategic account management and driving measurable growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end relationships with enterprise grocery partners across the West Coast, from C-suite executives to store operations teamsDevelop and execute strategic account plans aligned with partner goals across sustainability, profitability, and adoptionExpand existing accounts through new store rollouts, pilots, and increased program adoptionLead regular business reviews using clear, data-driven insights and performance narrativesConduct store visits and deliver in-person training to improve execution and adoptionPartner closely with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Data, Customer Success) to drive partner success and resolve issuesIdentify adoption barriers, training gaps, and performance issues, and lead corrective action plansTranslate performance data into compelling, partner-facing insights and recommendationsRepresent the voice of the retailer internally to influence roadmap and prioritization decisionsSupport renewals and contract expansions with strong, data-backed business casesRepresent Flashfood at partner meetings and industry eventsBuild internal champions within partner organizations who advocate for FlashfoodDevelop and manage a partner NPS program in collaboration with Product and Marketing to track satisfaction and loyaltySkills7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or partnershipsExperience working with large retailers; grocery or retail tech experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of retail operations and the intersection of sustainability and profitabilityExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholdersStrong analytical skills with the ability to use KPIs to drive decisionsPassion for sustainability and reducing food waste at scaleExperience building or managing partner NPS or satisfaction programsFamiliarity with tools such as Tableau, Google Suite, Confluence, and AsanaBenefitsCompetitive salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits100% remote work with flexibility and trustMission-driven work that reduces food waste and expands access to affordable foodA fast-growing, collaborative team with big ambitionsReal opportunities for career growthCompany OverviewWe provide retailers and shoppers an affordable, simple solution to feed families, not landfills.
