Responsibilities

⢠Develop, review, and continuously improve project processes.

⢠Drive project timelines and keep team members on track.

⢠Scope and develop project plans for complex projects, including resource, time, and budget estimates.

⢠Provide support to resolve complex issues and problems.

⢠Govern intermediate projects or programs to ensure customer satisfaction.

⢠Coordinate the transition of programs from development to implementation.

⢠Implement recommendations for successful project completion.
Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
,
⢠Three or more years of relevant work experience in project management.
,
⢠Experience managing complex projects with multiple work streams and stakeholders.
,
⢠Demonstrated vendor management experience.
,
⢠Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
,
⢠Experience dealing with key customers at both frontline and management levels.
,
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).

⢠Ability to motivate and influence teams to achieve outcomes.
,
⢠Demonstrated flexibility in handling various situations.
