The role focuses on executing operational performance strategies, managing client relationships, and driving measurable results in alignment with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesSupport the organization to achieve operational excellence, growth, profitability, and persistency objectives through effective patient service oversight, account retention, and management strategiesEffectively collaborates with Accredo partners on benefit, service, and relational strategies targeting enhanced patient and client experienceMaintain market/competitive knowledge on service trends and differentiatorsEffectively collaborate with the Account Executive (AE) on account retention, growth, and satisfaction strategies (multi-product/operational collaboration for operations, network, marketing, product, etc.)Drive inclusion of patient installation, product, and service partners where appropriateCollaborate with AE on renewal activities, to include RFP involvement, service issues, performance guarantees (PG), corrective action plans (CAP), and implementationsDevelop and maintain “trusted-advisor” relationships with clients and patients by proactively engaging in needs and goals discussions.
