[Remote] Account Manager

They are seeking an Account Manager to maintain assigned clients, renew insurance contracts, and promote client loyalty while adhering to company service standards.ResponsibilitiesService clients on a book of assigned business in accordance with ECBM service and quality management standards and procedures. ***Promote ongoing client loyalty***Retain, in conjunction with the Producer and/or Account Executive, all assigned accounts including the following responsibilities according to ECBM standards and procedures:Order Loss Runs as required on renewalsProvide producer with information for update at renewal including renewal surveys and applications for coverages to be recommendedReview client coverages annually to identify potential gapsCoordinate with assigned Client Analyst the preparation of loss summaries with analysis, along with tentative experience modificationsRecommend needed coverages to producer. Assist in firm's cross selling effortsPre-qualify accounts with insurance carriersNegotiate renewal pricing/coverage and remarket coverage as neededMaintain standard commission where possibleIdentify with producer additional services needed by client and fee requiredPrepare proposal in accordance with ECBM standardsInput and maintain client policy information in the agency management system (AMS) accurately and in accordance with ECBM standards and proceduresPrepare Certificate of Insurance masters and cooperate with our Certificate Department in the issuance of all COI's required by the client. This includes the review of any non-standard certificate requests and the review of contractual requirements as neededAssist in preparation of, and presentation of, Claim Review as required by Client Service PlanCoordinate with assigned Client Analyst all endorsements as requested by the clientRespond to clients' ongoing service needs in accordance with ECBM service standardsAs required by client, negotiate all surety and fidelity bondsCommunicate client needs to all other departments including accounting, claims, reporting, or others as requiredNotify manager, producer, and account executive of cancellation, audit, or coverage issues on clients. Keep producer and account executive informed on any important activity of their clientsCoordinate client response on risk control issuesRespond to agency quality management efforts.
