About the position

The Insurance Program Delivery Specialist is responsible for executing insurance product and service delivery activities, coordinating the processing efforts of extended team members, and providing high-quality client support. This role involves handling small to mid-sized global accounts of moderate complexity, requiring technical knowledge of systems and procedures, under supervision. The specialist constructs basic insurance policy contracts and invoices, assists team members to ensure timely processing, and maintains client and broker contact information.

Responsibilities
• Execute insurance product and service delivery activities.

• Coordinate processing efforts of extended team members.
,
• Provide high-quality customer service for internal and external client needs.
,
• Construct basic insurance policy contracts and invoices in accordance with negotiated terms and conditions.
,
• Assist team members to ensure timely processing of underlyers and invoicing.
,
• Create master policies and associated documents.
,
• Collect, review, and process prospect/client locations and values in corporate systems.
,
• Maintain client and broker contact information and document distribution instructions.
,
• Follow corporate procedures, guidelines, and governance for processing of insurance deliverables.

Requirements
• High School or GED required; prefer some college/university coursework.
,
• At least one year in an office environment, preferably within an insurance, finance, or other regulatory environment.
,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
,
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
,
• Previous project management experience is a plus.
,
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
,
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
,
• Self-motivated with solid math aptitude and analytical skills.
,
• Time management and flexibility/adaptability to change.
