[Remote] Account Manager

BizLink Robotic Solutions USA is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Account Manager to spearhead our growth within the Southwest Territory. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities and managing key automation accounts, acting as the critical link between customers’ automation needs and BizLink’s product/service groups.ResponsibilitiesIdentify & Capture : Research and develop new customer opportunities to expand into key target marketsPipeline Management : Continually generate formal/informal leads and maintain a robust sales opportunity pipelinePromotion : Actively sell all applicable BizLink products/services, including participating in marketing activities like trade showsRelationship Management : Maintain leadership at established sites and coordinate with local account managers for key accountsConsultative Liaison : Act as the link between customer automation needs and BizLink’s technical service groupsRetention Strategy : Develop and manage specific maintenance strategies for existing organizational contactsForecasting : Manage budgeted sales goals and provide monthly rolling forecasts via corporate CRM softwareQuote-to-Cash Support : Accurately prepare and track customer quotes, while assisting Accounts Receivable with payment collectionsCross-Functional Collaboration : Support Operations, Quality Management, and Customer Service to ensure world-class satisfactionPolicy Adherence : Embrace all corporate compliance rules, policies, and the BizLink Code of ConductContinuous Improvement : Participate in team-building projects and attend meetings focused on streamlining internal processesRegional Travel : Maintain a 60%+ travel schedule to prioritize customer visitation and maximize profitabilitySkillsB.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience5 + years related sales experienceRobot and Automation experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsCooperative and enjoys working in a cohesive teamStrong relationship building skillsSelf-motivating and willingness to learnWire Cable experience preferredCompany OverviewFounded in 1996 and headquartered in Silicon Valley, USA, BizLink is dedicated to making transformative connections that bring visionary ideas to life.
