Inside Sales Executive
We are seeking a results - driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing outbound sales activities, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. This role requires a proactive and tech-savvy sales professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for IT services. • Prospecting & Outbound Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and social selling to identify and engage with potential customers. • Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough research to gather information about prospect and account and follow the lead qualification criteria. • Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads through multiple touchpoints to educate them about Milestone’s value proposition and build relationships and propose Milestone IT service solutions including managed services, cloud solutions, Infrastructure and software development. •Setting up the meetings: Schedule introductory calls with prospects and smooth handover of leads to sales teams. • CRM Hygiene Management: Maintaining accurate information about leads, activities, and interactions into salesforce /HubSpot CRM. •Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. •Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. • Internal coordination : • Sales: Partner with sales to hunt qualified opportunities, build pipeline, and close deals. •Marketing: Work closely with marketing to align efforts, share insights, and provide feedback on conversion rates. Continuously refine strategies and tactics based on feedback and market trends •Practice Teams; Collaborate with practice teams to understand service offerings and prepare tailored messages. Qualifications •Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in inside sales, within IT services or technology sectors. •Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and enterprise technology. •Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. •Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools. •Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred. •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus.
