The role involves driving sales for the food service and entertainment sector, establishing client relationships, and developing account strategies to grow bookings.ResponsibilitiesWorking with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solution to meet their business needsArticulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospectsDeveloping compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysisDeveloping customer account strategies and tactical go-to-market plans while establishing, documenting, and maintaining follow-up procedures for all assigned accountWorking with the Account Managers to divide and conquer pipeline development, net new, upsell, and no customer left behind account strategiesMaintaining and achieving consistent quarterly quotaSkillsExperience working in or for the hospitality industryExperience selling point-of-sale hardware and point-of-sale softwareExperience selling venues and sales and event management softwareExperience establishing reseller network for hospitality-based hardware product suiteExperience managing multiple sales cyclesExperience developing business relationships with extended team members to drive salesHospitality Point-of-Sale, Kiosk, Tablet experienceSales and Event Management ExperienceExperience working with stakeholders to include: Sales team, Consulting, Customer Success Group, Customer Support Group, Development, Marketing and Sales ManagementWillingness to Travel.
