[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager will be instrumental in defining processes, building client relationships, and driving growth across the existing portfolio, particularly focusing on upselling and expanding their newest product, TraildPay.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value and revenueBuild trusted relationships to drive renewals, satisfaction, and long-term retentionPartner with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and support go-to-market strategiesMaintain a robust pipeline and meet/exceed sales and retention goalsLead account strategies, ensuring seamless management across the customer lifecycleSkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a Sales-related roleProven background in SaaS B2B companies.
