[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager will oversee requisition management and facilitate contingent labor fills, ensuring strong partnerships with clients and vendors while optimizing the staffing process.ResponsibilitiesBuilds and maintains professional relationships with Hiring Managers and Business Line Leaders (Directors and above) within the client’s organizationBuild strong relationships with Supplier partnersNetwork within Monument Consulting Account Management and other departmentsResponsible for meeting with business leaders and hiring managers to identify resourcing needs and determine sourcing strategyProvide guidance around worker classificationPlan and run HM and Supplier intake sessions to ensure job descriptions and additional skills, soft skills, etc. have been well communicated within the VMS job descriptionResponsible for the proactive requisition fulfillment management and hold individuals responsible for moving candidates through the process and selection for hireReview candidates and determine which candidates are most qualified to the requirement to shortlist to the hiring managerHas a thorough understanding of the business landscape, seasonality and global trends/events, and continually monitors changes in the marketplace to make recommendations and lead the client in hiring decisionsFocus on continuous improvement of daily service and delivery by identifying and implementing system and process efficienciesManage and hold suppliers accountable to ensure compliance with client procurement policies, guidelines, and processesConduct client and vendor training on program requirements/processesMange work and deliverables in compliance with program Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Participate in delivering client EBR’s including but not limited to analyzing data, making recommendations, and outlining deliverables to meet desired outcomeTrain HMs and Suppliers on program utilization and policiesCultivate a solid working relationship with our vendor partners, creating an environment of shared trust and innovation by participating in Supplier Scorecard Reviews and Supplier Round TablesCoordinate HM and Supplier calls to allow Suppliers to ask HMs questions and get additional details for requisitionsConduct Vendor user training on program rules of engagementNegotiate with vendors as requiredConduct/Participate in Supplier Scorecard SessionsContribute to vendor rationalization strategiesLead/consult worker audits and remediation with vendorsInitiate and complete onboarding, tracking, and documentation for new vendors utilizing the Program Manager or Program Director to resolve redlinesSkills3+ years Staffing ExperienceStrong understanding of the difference between Staff Aug and SOW WorkersCollege Degree or equivalent work experienceAdvanced experience with Microsoft ExcelExcellent Customer Service1+ years MSP-VMS experienceCompany OverviewMonument Consulting is a staffing and recruiting company that offers workforce administration services.
