[Remote] Account Executive, TPO

Carrington Holding Company, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to develop and maintain broker/seller relationships for wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. The role involves acting as a liaison between brokers/sellers and loan operations, ensuring timely loan closings and compliance with regulations.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for identifying, contacting, and gaining approval for new mortgage brokers and sellersEstablishes and continues the broker/seller relationship and ensure a steady flow of loan applications and purchases for existing and newly approved Carrington customersAdvises brokers/sellers of Company programs, pricing and submission policies and proceduresAdvises brokers/sellers of any changes to Company’s policies or proceduresAssists brokers/sellers in loan submission processTrains brokers/sellers on use of available online systems for loan submissions, automated underwriting, rate sheets and loan lock proceduresActs as liaison with outside broker, and internal broker coordinator, processor, processing, underwriting, and closing to ensure timely loan closingsEnsures compliance deadlines are met with regards to pre-disclosures, approval letters and denial noticesWork, maintain and update contacts in the CRM systemMaintain all customer confidential information in accordance with all company policies and all lawsActs as liaison with Sellers, and internal correspondent coordinator, relationship manager, underwriting, and funding to ensure timely purchase of a loanManages loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals and objectivesProvide a high level of customer service to brokers/sellers during the loan processSkillsDemonstrated sales performance with a concentration developing and maintaining broker/seller relationshipsProven ability to set and reach sales goalsKnowledge of state and federal lending regulationsKnowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan productsKnowledge of purchase transactionsKnowledge of Carrington policies, procedures, guidelines and organization structureKnowledge of Carrington's underwriting guidelines and investor requirementsAbility to learn quickly and retain information about Carrington, its sales process flow, its products and the specialty lending industryAbility to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutionsExcellent verbal, written and presentation communications skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience as a sales representative required, preferably in the mortgage industry1 – 5 years of experience as a wholesale and/or correspondent account executive with multiple brokers, investors and loan products preferredPrevious experience selling agency and non-agency loan products preferredBenefitsComprehensive healthcare plans for you and your family.Plus, a discretionary 401(k) match of 50% of the first 4% of pay contributed.Access to several fitness, restaurant, retail (and more!) discounts through our employee portal.Customized training programs to help you advance your career.Employee referral bonuses so you’ll get paid to help Carrington and Vylla grow.Educational Reimbursement.Carrington Charitable Foundation contributes to the community through causes that reflect the interests of Carrington Associates.Company OverviewCarrington Holding Company, LLC is a financial service provider for mortgages, asset management, real estate.
